Joséphine Thomachot Silver Cello Bow

Joséphine Thomachot was born in 1986 in Paris. She began her career by studying geological engineering for 6 years. Back in France in 2011, during a visit to the residence of her father, bowmaker Stéphane Tomachot, she discovered bow making. After studying under her father, she kept learning with Noel Burke in Ireland and other bow makers like Emmanuel Carlier, Arthur Dubroca, and Alexandre Aumont. Today, she makes bows in her workshop in Paris.
