Jan Szlachowski Cello Goffriler model

Jan Szlachtowski was born in 1951 in Nowy Targ where he lives and works today. In 1970 he finished technical college of violin making in Nowy Targ where he worked under direction of the old Polish Master Jozef Bartoszek. Jan honed his violin making skills at William H. Lee workshop in Chicago, where he worked in 1987-1988. Since 1988 he has been working in Poland at the Bobak workshop. The Szlachtowski cellos are perfect for serious students and young professionals alike.

This 2022 Goffriler modeled cello has a full, rich sound with lots of presence. A beautiful testament to this maker’s talents.
